The Egyptian Stock Exchange
MFIC is a licensed portfolio manager and underwriter and can carry on all kinds of business on behalf of clients including buying and selling stocks and shares and other quoted securities.

The Public Enterprise Office ("PEO")
The PEO is the appointed agency of Government for the Privatisation Programme for the disposal of the State's interest in "Public Sector Companies". It is responsible for deciding which companies shall be privatised, when and how, eg sale to one or more anchor investors, sale through the Stock Exchange, etc.
When the Government decided in 1998 to employ investment banks to promote and underwrite the sale of the remaining 214 companies earmarked for privatisation, MFIC was one of the banks chosen.

The Euro-Mediterranean Partnership of the European Union
Through the Private Sector Development Programme, MFIC has close connections with the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership of the European Union and twelve countries bordering the southern and eastern shores of the Mediterranean and can assist clients in their negotiations with the EU.
