MFIC is promoting the formation of MID with an initial capital of EGP100 million to take advantage of the favorable opportunities in the stock exchange market and under the privatisation programme amongst others.

MFIC is working with the developers and the Cairo governate to finance this ambitious scheme which envisages four underground levels below 26,000 square meters of Tahrir Square, consisting of two commercial and entertainment levels (shops, cinemas, games) and two levels for parking x,000 cars.

MFIC is helping to find financial backers for a new Arabic language magazine about economics, stock markets, investment opportunities, etc, to be published soon.

A HOLDING CO. FOR NEW TECHNOLOGIES

MFIC is promoting this company which will conduct studies for new technological projects. The viable projects will be promoted and the holding company will have equity control in these projects:

 1- Manufacturing and blending of Industrial Organic Water Treatment, with an initial capital $10 million.

2- Manufacturing of Developed Medicines applying the Advanced Drug Delivery System(ADDS),with an initial capital EGP10 million.

3- Assembling personal computers and manufacturing parts of it.

A GLASS CONTAINERS CO.
Manufacturing Beverage and Pharmaceutical bottles,with a total capital investment of EGP 292.8 million.

  AN ADVANCED INDUSTRIES CO.
MFIC is promoting the capital increase for the company manufacturing and packaging medical supplies, feeding items for cosmetics industries, production of adhesive items. The capital increase value is EGP 20 million.

A PAPER MANUFACTURING CO.
We are engaged in the equity financing through the increase of capital for a company producing duplex paper from EGP 60 million to EGP 120 million.

A MEDICAL CENTER 
We are  raising funds for a medical center to be situated in Alexandria. The total investment cost is EGP 1.5 million, EGP 0.75 million to be financed by loans.

MFIC is promoting an increase in the company’s capital from EGP 3 million to EGP 12 million .
